  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Tomato: 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • Green Grapes: 1 cup, halved
  • Herbs:
  • Basil: 1/4 cup fresh leaves
  • Parsley: 1/4 cup fresh leaves
  • Cilantro: 1/4 cup fresh leaves
  • Green Bell Pepper: 1, chopped
  • Red Onion: 1/2 small, chopped
  • Avocado: 1 ripe, peeled and chopped
  • Lime Juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil: 1/4 cup
  • White Wine Vinegar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cold Water: 1 cup (adjust as needed for desired consistency)

Garnish: watermelon, cucumber, fresh herbs, grapes cut in half.

Instructions: 

1. Preparation Time: 15 minutes

  • Peel and chop the cucumbers, jalapeno, garlic, tomatoes, green grapes, green bell pepper, red onion, and avocado.
  • Prepare the herbs by washing and removing any stems.

2. Blending:

  • In a blender, combine the cucumbers, jalapeno, garlic, tomatoes, green grapes, green bell pepper, red onion, avocado, basil, parsley, and cilantro.
  • Add the lime juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
